Extremely steep slopes, top of canyon at edge
of plateau, volcanic bedrock, with Quercus
spp., Pinus patula, Alnus acuminata ssp.
arguta, Arbutus xalapensis.
Herb 8 dm. tall. Flowers nodding; corolla
yellow-green with green spots within; stamens
and styles yellow-green.
