Using Google Maps, located the geographic center of this mountain. Used Canadensys Lat/Long Crosshairs to find the coordinates. Used distance measurement tool (Google Maps) to find linear extent by measuring from the selected coordinates to the farthest extent of Serra do Araçá. To find offset at 1 km. south of geographic center of Serra do Araçá: input coordinates, linear extent (13486.3 m.), measurement error (.1 m.), offset direction (S), and offset distance (1000 m.) into the MaNIS Georeferencing Calculator to find the offset coordinates. Next, used Google Maps to locate Rio Jauari nearby, along the same approximate latitude as the coordinates. Used distance measurement tool to measure a straight line (horizontal) from the coordinates (at 1 km. south of geographic center of Serra do Araçá) to Rio Jauari, then used Canadensys Lat/Long Crosshairs to find the coordinates of Rio Jauari at this latitude.
