Habitat
Gallery forest. Very common along river edges especially in low laying areas. Brown sand. Cecropia, palm, Anacardiaceae, Rubiaceae, Inga, Macrolobium, Hymenaea and Paloue major components.

Climbing vine. Infl./infr. an axilary panicle. Flowers small, green. Fruit a thin-walled legume. 7.4x 14 cm. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
