Habitat
Moist S-slopes below ridge WNW of peak. Open slopes at base of cliffs or on steep areas between cliffs. Short moist fynboos burnt in 1994. Locally frequent to dominant.

Description
Robust erect shrubs to 0.8 (1) m. tall; single-stemmed,Flowers dark purplish-pink, just past prime. Pollen easily shed when disturbed. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
