Slides "contain microtome sections (the thickness in micron is in the lower right corner) of ascomata (young or mature), which developed on cellulose foil (phriphan) 61 days after inoculation. These results are published: J. Kohlmeyer & E. Kohlmeyer. On the life history of marine Ascomycetes: Halosphaeria mediosetigera and H. circumvestita. Nova Hedwigia 12: 189-202. The name has been changed and is now: Halospaeriopsis mediosetigera (Cribb& J.W. Cribb) T.W. Johnson." (email from J. Kohlmeyer, 8 Dec 2011).
