Description
Tree ± 29 m. tall. Buttresses up tp 1.10 m. high. Tree with cylindrical bole and wide-spreaded crown. Bark rough, greyish-brown, flaked at the base dbh 47 cm., bark 1.5 cm. Wood: sapwood creamy-white, 3 cm., heartwood pale reddish-brown, 19.5cm. First branches at 13 m. Branches and twigs greyish-brown. Leaflets coriaceous, glossy, dark green above, dull and paler green beneath. Flower buds greensih-brown. Woodsamples taken at 2.3-4.5 and 5.5 m. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
