Assoc, spp.: Pertusaria spp., 'Opegrapha sp., kIraphis spp., Usnea
subscabrosa.
Thallus corticolous, crustose, thick, brown, UV-, esorediate; perithecia
immersed; walls black; ascospores brown, 4-celled, obtuse fusiform, 34-38nm x 12-
15nm.
