Lowland rain forest on ridgetop.

Description
Epiphytic strangling tree; base 30 feet above ground. Height 50 feet, D.B.H. 7 inches. Bark blackish brown, rough, shallowly fissured; lenticels numerous, raised. Blaze orane. Wood cream. Odor and exudate absent. Leaves green on upper surface; pale yellow-green on lower surface. Fruit green, smooth or slightly ribbed. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
