  • Habitat

    High restinga forest, with intermittent low restinga with flooded areas, overlying white sand.

  • Description

    Weak-stemmed tufted sedge with spreading culms; weakly stoloniferous with occasional long stems rooting at the nodes. Spikelets greenish-brown. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
