Astragalus terminalis Wats.
CUSTER COUNTY: Lost River Range, Challis
National Forest, Cayuse Canyon. Open, dry, rocky
slope along north side of canyon. Elevation: 8,300 ft.
Occasional with Artemisia tridentata ssp. vaseyana,
Festuca idahoensis, and some Phlox muscoides. Stems
erect, flowers medium size, the banner nearly 15 mm,
pale lavender, the wings with lavender base and white
tips, keel deep violet on distal one-half.
