Wet sclerophyll. Syncarpia hillii (Satinay). Hypogeous and gregarious. Sand.

Description
Gasterocarp 5-33 mm broad, globose to subglobose to irregular in outline, dry, matte to obscurely subrugulose in one, pale orange to light orange white(5A4,3,2). Peridium very thin. Latex copious, white with a hint of yellow, unchanging. Gleba loculose, empty, dry, light orange to melon orange (5A6), with sterile base or with obscure basal columella. Spores globose, with isolated short warts and some irregular ridges and connectives.
