Preservative. To preserve the ditched
breadfruits to be perfect for making "mahr".
Collect as many leaves as needed and place
them inside the ditch, and cut the skinned
breadfruits into small pieces and place them
on the leaves inside the ditch. Then cover it
up with more leaves and press it with rocks,
so it can stay long enough to prepare a
"mahr". This was prepared because when
the breadfruit season is ended people can
still eat breadfruit with different
preparation.
