Description
Tufted up to 1 m high. Stipe shiny, dark, brownish black, similar to bracken but not as hard or robust, pale brown stipe on bracken. Lamina hairless, 3-5 pinnate, soft or leathery, sori continuous along margins. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
