Habitat
Terra firme moist forest on very steep, rocky terrain. Understory rich in herbs, trees with heavy load of epiphytes and vines. Locally dominant on slope forest.

Description
Tree 20m x 18cm, no buttresses, bark gray, thin, relatively smooth, resin drying as a white powdery solid. Fruits gray, lenticellate, essentially globose to depressed-ovoid.
