Habitat
Riparian desertscrub arroyo banks with Acacia pringlei spp. californica, Sapinus saponaria, Brahea elegans, Lycium cf. fremontii, Stegnosperma halimifolia, Hintonia latiflora, etc. Sunny, south-facing bank of main arroyo.

Description
Shrub 1.3 m tall, the crushed foliage smells like artificial fruit punch, the petals pink-lavender except the young banner petals white. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
