Gallery forest. Bombacaceae, Leguminosae-Mimosoideae, Myrtaceae and bromeliads dominant. White sand.

Description
Shrub. Shrub to 2.5 m. Entire plant covered in light brown trichomes. Leaves green above, purple beneath. Infructescence axillary fasciculate; fruit a green-purple capsule. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
