Georeferenced to approximately 240 km along the road which connects the city of Porto Velho with Rondônia (Ji-Paraná), BR-364, in Rondônia, Brazil. Using Google Maps - Satellite View, located the road which connects Porto Velho and Rondônia, BR-364. Beginning where BR-364 meets the approximate geographic center of the city of Porto Velho, used the Distance Measurement Tool (Google Maps) to measure approximately 240 km (240.000 km) toward Rondônia. Used Canadensys Lat/Long Crosshairs to find the coordinates of the offset, along the road. Used the Distance Measurement Tool (Google Maps) again to find the linear extent of the starting location, the city of Porto Velho, by measuring from the selected coordinates to the farthest extent of the city. Input coordinates, linear extent (8.46881 km), measurement error (0.0005 km), and distance precision (10 km) into the MaNIS Georeferencing Calculator to find the uncertainty radius.
