Habitat
Uncommon on W-facing slope between edge of flats and top of coastal bluffs. With Distichlis spicata, Atriplex semibaccata, Lasthenia californica, Mesembryanthemum crystallinum, Atriplex californica. Localized population of 6 individuals.

Prostrate shrub, 6 inches high and 3 feet across; flowers cream. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
