Viscid gray pileus with innate fibrils under gluten. 6 cm broad, plano-subumbonate, with even
margin. Rest of mushroom is white with apical, membranous pendant, apical, annulus, saccate
volva on bulbous stipe base. Stipe 17 cm x 10 mm.
