Habitat
Red sandy areas, especially on 0-30° slopes and gully washes. Did not appear to be found among the Franseria dumosa. Larrea tridentata, Abronia villosa, A. fragrans, Cryzopsis hymennoides, Croton sp., Bromus rubens, B. tectorum, Sporobolus, Stephanomeria tenuifolia. Rare to occasional.
