Open, largely treeless savannah between long-leaf pine savannah and an unpaved road.

Description
Tree, shrub-like with numerous stems from the base, 4.5 m tall, the largest trunks ca 4 cm diam; bark grey, barely furrowed; leaf blade adaxials dark green. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
