    Narrow part of canyon, with Populus, Rhamnus betulaefolia var. obovata, Shepherdia, Pinus edulis, Amelanchier, Ephedra, Opuntia, Arctostaphylos patula, Asclepias rusbyi, Penstemon, Salix exigua. Hanging from mesic side of canyon. Locally common.
