Description
Stems solitary, 25 m long, 7 cm diameter with sheaths, 3 cm without sheaths. Sheaths green with brown tomentum, with scattered, solitary or grouped, flattened, yellow spines; knees present, prominent; ocreas short; flagella 6 m long; petioles 48 cm long;.
