Description
Stems clustered, 10 m tall, 5 cm diameter with leaf sheaths. Sheaths green, covered with small groups of spines; knees absent; ocreas absent; petioles absent; rachis 2 m long with 25 pinnae per side, these broadly lanceolate in alternate clusters of 3-4 p.
