Description
Stems clustered, 10 m tall, 3 cm diameter with leaf sheaths. Leaf sheaths green with dark brown tomentum, densely covered with partial rings of flat, black spines; knee present; ocreas very short, obscure; petioles 30 cm long; rachis 149 cm long; pinnae 5.
