Off of main trail on rocky outcrops of steep slopes to ridgetop in
blue oak woodland. With Clarkia, Mimulus, Dudleya and
Dichelostemma.
Perennial; brittle, woody at base; stems grayish-purple; leaves
lanceolate, entire, glabrous.
