    Northwest-facing steep slope, near gulch bottom, along abandoned mining road, thick deposit of loess (and alluvium) with limestone, steppe with Pseudoroegneria spicata, Phlox colubrina, Ambrosia, Cirsium, Aretemisia drancunlus, Rosa, Cerastium arvense, Hypericum.

  • Description

    Ascending, but lax, perennial herb, calyx greenish-cream, corolla white. Common, but scattered. Visited by Bombus. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
