Habitat
Sclerophyll. Syncarpia glomulifera, Eucalyptus pilularis, Leptospermum. Scattered. On living tree bark.

Description
Pileus 2.5-3.5 cm broad, convex, dry squamose, with scales flattened and tan with pink between, with sterile projecting margin, white beneath. Flesh yellow, cyanescent, with mild odor and taste. Tubes adnexed, yellow, cyanescent, with pores yellow and cyanescent. Stipe curved, 4-6 cm long, 1 cm broad, equal, white rarely with a pink zone at apex, some pale brownish orange discoloration at base, with white basal mycelium, with interior white, cyanescent in apex, brownish orange below. Spores finely ribbed, lacking cross striae (examined 8 July 2010, NY).
