    In open wash, with Pinus edulis, Chrysothmnus, Berberis fremontii, Echinocereus triglochidiatus, Opuntia spp., Sclerocactus parviflorus, Rhus trilobata, Amelanchier, Fraxinus anomalus, Juniperus, Chrysopsis villosa, Gilia roseata, Cirsium wheeleri, C. rydbergii, Lepidium, Castilleja linearifolia, Phragmites, Solidago.
