Habitat
Common in open sites in cloud forest & elfin forest (monte chico).

Description
Multiple stemmed, or single trunked ascending shrub with a rounded corwn; young lvs. bronzy with red veination; fl. golden yellow at first, fading white; styles slightly pinkish; base of petals with slight pinkish hue; stems reddish and winged. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
