Distribution
BOTANICAL PLANTS OF FLORIDA Poaceae Eragrostis refracta (Muhl.) Scribn. Wakulla County: Apalachicola National Forest, 3.7 mi from Crawfordville. Pond cypress (sinkhole) pond with scattered trees, some with buttswells ca. 3 m above ground level. Pond presently dry except for some pools of stagnant water. Soil sandy-peaty in the higher spots, mucky-peaty in the lower. Small, delicate stature of this plant here may be due to its being grown from seed this year - habitat flooded in 1991. R. K.
