Upland forest on Quaternary sediments, only a few meters above high-water mark of river.

Description
Tree. Tree 35 m x 70 cm; trunk cylindric, outer bark gray, with shallow, wavy fissures, relatively thin, inner bark red-and-beige striate, extremely thick; fruits yellow, pendent, depressed-globose, 3.5 cm long, aromatic, acid but tasty. FRUITS SEPARATE. Use: edible fruit. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
