The Republic of Georgia, Kazbegi District. Gergeti Village, east
of Kazbegi Peak and west of the village of Kazbegi, 42°39.899' N,
44°37.827' E, ca 1847 m. (coordinates from hand-held GPS).
Herbs 1.5 m tall, persisting in abandoned vegetable garden,
apparently spreading by roots, the roots smelling of horseradish;
petals white.
