Belize. Toledo. Maya Mountains, Bladen Nature Reserve. Upper Bladen Branch basin, hill immediately east of "AC Camp", ca. 1 km southwest of Ek Xux ruin.

Habitat
Tall semideciduous forest on limestone hills with much exposed rock. Canopy 20-25m tall, with emergents to 35m tall.

Description
Tree 10m; mature fruits red, seed with white aril.
