Description
Shrub, 6ft. tall; shoots smooth; leaves smooth, oddly pinnate (or less often even pinnate), alternate, 25-30 cm long to 15 cm wide, 15 or more leaflets; leaflets sessile, to 9cm long by 2 cm wide, lancelate, apex pointed, tapering, margin toothed or doubly toothed, venation pronounced; stipules present; flowers white, numerous, clustered, to 1 cm across, terminal on new green wood, cluster to 20 cm long by 12 cm wide. Many suckers. During flowering, many ants visit the flowers; no other insects seen.
