Australia. Queensland. Great Sandy National Park, Fraser Island, road from Eurong to Central Station.

Habitat
Sclerophyll. Eucalyptus pilularis, Syncarpia, Lophostemon. Living tree bark.

Description
Solitary. Pileus 6.5 cm broad, coarsely squamose, without pink or red colors, pinkish buff to ochre. Flesh yellow, cyanescent in the pileus, white in the stipe and brownish orange except for a cyanescent region in the pith toward the base. Tubes dark yellow cyanescent. Sterile velar flaps on margin of pileus breaking into triangular segments. Stipe 13 cm x 1.6 cm +/- equal with a slight taper at base.
