    Low matted perennial to 3 dm across, leaves erect oblanceolate to elliptic, margins wavy; inflorescence capitate to branching on glabrous scapes to 2 dm high; just coming into flower, tepals cream to pale yellow, glabrous. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
