Mexico. Jalisco. Cabo Corrientes, a large triangle of land jutting into the Pacific Ocean 15-78 km SW of Puerto Vallarta. Gently undulating terrain 1 km W of El Tuito on poor (very passable in dry season, not when rainy due to many fords) dirt rd. to Llano Grande.

Habitat
Disturbed (through grazing and other uses) "Bosque tropical subdeciduo" in area of permanent agriculture; remnant elements of former vegetation few and scattered: Ficus padifolia, Daphnopsis americana, Annona reticulata, etc. Rare.
