Slightly disturbed primary lowland moist forest (some larger trees removed over much of island during construction of airstrip ca. 30 years ago).

Description
Tree, 30 m tall with large buttresses, sterile, host to strangler fig (Evans, et. al. 1911). Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
