Locally common in secondary dry deciduous scrub.

Description
Unripe pods bright yellow green, turning mid orange-brown, when ripe with dense velotinous pubescence. No seed set; Leaves slightly discolourous; Arbol: small multiple-stemmed branchy tree with a rounded crown; 4 m height; Bark mid grey-brown, with pale b.
