Habitat
Growing with Calliandra houstoniana on the side of a small river.

Description
3-4 m. tree with grey brown bark. The shoots are slightly ridged. Leaves are large and pale green in colouration. . Flowers are in conical floral racemes. Flowers buds are green. Sepals are green. Petals are pale green/yellow, Staminal filaments are bright red though white at the very base. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
