  • Habitat

    Lower S-facing slope of one of the little hills ("cerritos"). Disturbed tropical deciduous forest. Canopy layer dominated by Bursera fagaroides-Amphipterygium adstringens-Oyrtocarpus procera-Pachycereus (columnar cactus, very common), with diverse legumes, some thorny (Acacia, Senna, etc), various other trees and shrubs, shrub layer not dense due to some clearing and much grazing, vines inconsequential, herb layer ruined (incl. Priva aspera, Talinum paniculatum, Abutilon ellipticum, A. trisulcatum).
