Mexico. Oaxaca. On the road from San Pedro Pochutla to Oaxaca, 22 km to the south of Miahuatlan in the state of Oaxaca.

Habitat
Found beneath forest of Oak and Pine on soils of slightly acid pH.

Description
Mid brown stems with orange lenticels. Leaves dark green above and pale below. Flowers in large squat racemes. Sepals are green brown and petals yellow/brown with white hairs. Staminal filaments are pale red. Pods are dark haired, green and unripe. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
