Habitat
Open canopy cocoa plantation woodland but a good variety of Mata Higrophila forest trees planted with cocoa. On plank root (bryophyte-covered) of a large forest tree, these all small plants, sterile.

Stipe green with some reddish-grey flushing and a narrow grey-red band abaxially, running into basal parts of the rachis. [See label for complete description.]. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
