Description
1-2 m. Inflorescences in interior of plant, the leaves forming a dense, hemi-spherical crown. Inflorescences from old wood below leaves, on branches, and on trunk to the base. Hypanthium red-burgundy. Corolla pinkish-red. Stamens long-exserted. Filaments red, anthers yellow. Style red, longer than stamens. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
