Tree. Acaulescent palm. 20-30 leaves per stem. Petiole 1.1 m long, rachis 1 m long. 70 pinnea per side. Basal pinnea 50 cm, middle 60 cm, top 30 cm. Pinnea regularly spaced. Fruits at base of leaves, dark brown. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
