Description

tree. Cespitose palm ca. 3-4 m tall. No root visible, spine present: 5-10 cm long. Crown shaft absent. 8-10 leaves per stem, leaf sheath open, petiole section emarginated. Petiole length 1 m, rachis 2.5 m long. Lamina pinnate, insertion irregular, pinnea length. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
