United States of America. Utah. Tooele Co. Along north/south running road near south end of Skull Valley ca. 4.5 air miles west-southwest of Lookout Pass between Davis Mountain and Onoqui Mountains. B.L.M. Rush Valley Quad (1:100,000).

Habitat
On rim and sides of small wash parelleling dirt road; wash ca. 20 ft wide and 5-6 ft. deep. Not in wash bottom. Soil sandy silt with clay size particles. Growing with Halogeton, Bromus tectorum, Atriplex confertifolia, Salsola kali, Agropyron cristatum.
