Description
Stems clustered, to 10m high x 9cm diameter at crown, armed with spines throughout. Leaves ca 9, ascending; petiole gray, ca. 1,2m long including the short open top of sheath (petiole proper 45cm, sheath 50cm plus); blades arcuate and sides mor.
