Habitat
Tall tropical evergreen forest, some trees recently removed, nearly level. With Bertholettia, Orbignya phalerata, other palms.

Description
Slender 2,5m tall, several stems in a clump. 4 green leaves in crown. Inflorescences from several nodes below leaves, on bare stem; inflorescence orange; fruits orange or black.
